Anyone else having issues with the launcher being superbly slow when patching the game?

As we all know EVE gets a minor patch almost every day to improve our beloved universe. It's great that we get them but as of late my launchers patching time has gone from long to worse. 'Creating EVE_patch xxx' is where it gets slow. I'm talking 20-30 mins before it tell me the clients ready again.

Yet I see people online as soon as the server is up again.. so something must be wrong at my end right? Wont link any PC specs but my rig is fast enough to run EVE all on high.

Any ideas or similar problems out there?
