Fallout 2 Unofficial Patch
This is the installer version of my unofficial Fallout 2 patch. This patch has been in production for several years now and it fixes well over 800+ bugs left in the game since the official 1.02 patch. I suggest using this installer version as opposed to the manual one since the installer will do everything automatically for you. If you want to do things manually though, go ahead and grab the manual rar version. I hope you enjoy the best Fallout 2 experience yet!
A full list of bugs fixed can be found in a link further down.

tomass84 | im liking the fixes. one thing, I had the supercharacter mod before and now I cant get it to work. do I need to put it in a different location or is it not supported by your patch? |
Markuswa 04-26-2014 at 10:02 PM | This was a amazing one. Works like a charm |
Shaloin88 | Hi Im new and just recently downloaded this patch but when I tried to install it into the Fallout directory it gives me an error saying that I must install the game itself in a different directory or something. Im not very computer savvy when it comes to code and file changing and what not. please help! |
Zargon 10-24-2014 at 05:38 PM | Killap i have found sort of a sound bug in the bozar shot sound effect(dont know if is just me). When you fire with the bozar de burst attack (the only attack the gun has) the sound effect is of a shotgun or similar not of the original sub machinegun sound. This was in the unofficial patch 1.02.31. |

VexusMalius 11-01-2014 at 07:08 PM | Not sure if this was addressed or not. I just found an odd bug that came with the Bethesda update this year. Equipping rifles were causing my character to disappear from the screen completely. They were unable to shoot, move, switch weapons, or do anything other than access the inventory and unequip the weapon which made them reappear. Was really strange. Hopefully this patch will fix that little bit. Kick ass patch overall. |
VexusMalius | Found a small bug. In Modoc, if you heal Bess the cow, she'll be counted towards your party count (since she follows you around). If you tell a party member to wait while in town, and you have the max number, they won't join back up with you. In my case I had Sulik and Vic, and Sulik would say that I had my army (I forgot what Vic would say). Only option was to kill the cow or reload an earlier game. |
