DELETE ALL FILES NAME D3D FROM SYSTEM 32 AND SYSWOW64 (SOME CANT BE DELETED) AND THEN INSTALL DIRECTX.

My solution to fix the crashing problem in GTA V.

[PROBLEM SOLVED] Activation requires an internet connection and you are currently in offline mode.Your offline activation data could not be loaded.Please verify your internet connection and restart Grand Theft Auto V.
In this tutorial i am showing you how to play Grand Theft Auto 5/GTA 5/GTA V after Social Club update on April 20th.

This is a workaround for the GTA V PC launch error that is preventing some from launching the game on Steam. Below are step by step instructions.

Intructions:

1. (Recommended) Verify Game Cache – Right click the game in Steam and select Properties. Select Local Files tab and click Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Wait for verification to complete.
2. Open Device Manager in Windows and select Display Adapters.
3. Right click main GPU and disable.
4. IMPORTANT – Start the game and whilst Social Club is loading, right click your main GPU in Device Manager and enable it.
5. The game should now launch.

Unfortunately you will have to repeat this process every time you play the game until Rockstar come through with a fix. But hopefully you can now at least play it if you don’t want to wait.

This will address a fix for the launcher regarding BEX64, troubleshooting crash to desktop issues with the game where there is no error message and a safe way to ensure the game launches smoothly using Nvidia Control Panel.
