I once had Resident Evil 2 on my N64 and I remember back then I was able to swap my character model and play as Sherry/Ada/Tofu/Hunk everywhere with a gameshark code.

Last week, I was finally able to get my hand on the SourceNext version of RE2 for PC and was wondering if there was a way to achieve the same thing? All I could find online were save editors or hex editing my savefiles to add specific items... But nothing about character swap.

What's weird though is that there are tons of documentations about Hex Editing for RE3, including changing Jill's character for Carlos/Nikolai or even David (the fat guy who hide in the truck at the very beginning), yet nothing for RE2.

Any advice?
