I recently upgraded to the Windows 10 preview from Windows 7. World of Tanks was able to download and play on WIndows 10 until the updates were released on 5/2. When I launched the game it would open the start menu and I could not stay in the game, I would click on the game on the task bar and it would again open the start menu. I tried alt tabbing and it again reverted to the start menu. I uninstalled the game thinking it was a game issue. When I try to install the game this happens. I download the latest game from wot, I start the game it creates the folders, it launches the game and tries to update and it says critical error 32

I contacted world of tanks and they said to try these steps which I've done and it continues to give the critical 32 error and I cannot download the game updates. I've even tried their troubleshooting online by adding the patch to the update folder but it will not connect. Can you please help?

Please note that World of Tanks does not currently support Windows 10 and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to run the game correctly.
If the following steps do not work, we recommend installing the game on Windows XP, 7, or 8.
These instructions include a cleaning tool to delete any of our old files in your computer's registry. CCleaner is a free tool that we recommend (there is a paid version, however that is not necessary for the process that we would like you to perform) to remove any old corrupted files from your registry.
Please remember to move any replays and screenshots you want to save from the World of Tanks directory before deleting it.
Note: Please take special care in steps 1 - 5, they are essential to this cleaning process.
Clean Install
---------------
1. Quit the launcher, and uninstall World of Tanks using the add/remove programs feature in your control panel.
2. Delete any existing 'WoT_internet_install_na.exe' files.
3. Navigate to 'C:Games' and delete the folder labeled 'World_of_Tanks'.
4. Open the run command by holding the Windows Key and 'R', type '%temp%' (without the quotes), then press enter. Delete the folder labeled 'wargaming.net'.
5. Again, open the run command by holding the Windows Key and 'R', then type '%appdata%' (without the quotes) and press enter. Delete the folder labeled 'Wargaming.net'.
Next, we would like you to follow these steps to remove any leftover registry entries from your previous installation.
1. Download CCleaner from: http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner (select the green download button and then select Piriform.com)
2. Install and run the CCleaner;
A. In the CCleaner program, please click on 'registry';
B. Near the bottom of the program, click 'scan for issues' and then click 'fix selected issues';
3. While you are still inside the CCleaner software, please click on 'cleaner' (upper left hand of application); second, click 'analyze', and then click 'run cleaner'.
**Please note that if you are prompted to save a backup of your registry, click yes**
4. Quit CCleaner.
Now we would like you to go to http://redirect.wargaming.net/WoT/latest_install_na and download the game installer.
1. Right click the game installer and select 'Run as administrator'.
2. Complete the installation process.
3. Right click the game icon and select 'Run as administrator'.
