Hey. I've been wrestling with trying to download the latest patch all freaking day. And I am getting kinda tired of the whole ordeal. My current download speed is 7.58 KB/s. And that is waaayyyy too slow for pretty much anyone.
I have put the maximum download rate to 0 (AKA unlimited)
I have enabled peer to peer.
My other downloads (Steam for example) work just fine.
So any ideas what to do?

Yea, I got the same problem. Rebooted my PC multiple times, reinstalled the Battle.net App multiple times. I don't know what to do next really..

settings on the launcher allows you to limit the speed i think if you change the numbers to pretty higher i think you would use the full power of the internet you are using
mine were on 100 kb/s i put it till 10 000 (for the patch download only) it was done in 10-15 min
but i think here it also depends what internet connection you pc is connected to ... GL guys

Well, that's the problem. I tried downloading something from Steam and it was going at normal speed (which is 3 mb/s)

it seem blizzard has the issue not your internet ... players cant log in , cant download ... typical release isnt it ?

Well, I only managed to download an entire crazy amount of 10mb in six hours so.. not much difference here :D

Yes i think so to Sclaven,normaly that starts download patch whitout i do anything but this time nothing happen and when i try to log on every server is marked red and cant log on at all so Everything is !@#$ here.

Setting the download rate for patches and update's to 800, did a realy nice fix for me..

Pre patch download (the 20gig one) is downloading extremely slow, ive set the maximum download rate to unlimited, all other blizz games like overwatch etc are downloading updates at 4-5mbs. definately not an internet issue have very fast net atm. was seeing if others are getting this issue. patch is downloading at 100-200kbs.

Not downloading patch, I GET 22mb PER second. start the patch and I get 3.5 MB per second

The pre-patch is designed to run in the background and not impact your network access. It does this by downloading really slowly in the background over a long period of time. I'd recommend just ignoring it and just let it do it's thing when available.

I hope you reply, as you know the patch is out, .....and obviously i can't play cause its not downloaded, back in teh day you could download the patch directly from the website and install manually can i do this? is there any possible way? any way to download faster....?

16.66 GB to go... >_<

You see this would be wonderful and all, but the download actually just surpassed the 'Playable' marker for me and I still can't hit play. I'm not entirely certain why. Restarting it also just made the playable marker move.
